Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico announced dates and locations for three televised debates against Republican Ken Paxton.
Paxton's campaign said the Texas attorney general remains open to participating in debates but raised concerns about the proposed format, saying Texans should have an opportunity to compare the candidates in a fair setting.
Talarico announced Wednesday, July 29, the dates for three TV debates, which follow his challenge to Paxton on July 16.
